6. Print-on-Demand Services

  • Print-on-Demand services allow customers to specify details such as page size, quantity, color options, and binding type.
  • Once submitted, orders cannot be changed or canceled.
  • Customers are solely responsible for verifying specifications before submission. We disclaim liability for errors or dissatisfaction arising from user-provided details.
  • Print-on-Demand products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless defective.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • Books may only be returned or refunded if they are delivered in damaged or defective condition.
  • Print-on-Demand orders are final and non-refundable unless manufacturing defects are identified.
  • Return or refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery by contacting our customer support team and providing proof of purchase and evidence of defects.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All website content, including text, images, logos, and software, is owned or licensed by ReadnFix and protected under Pakistani intellectual property laws.
